Shapoorji Pallonji Bumi Armada Godavari Private Limited (“SPBAG”) is a Joint Venture of Shapoorji Pallonji Oil and Gas Private Limited (India) and Bumi Armada Berhad (Malaysia). SPBAG has been awarded the CHARTER HIRE contract for provision of a Floating Production Storage & Offloading (FPSO) by Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) on May 02, 2019.
The FPSO will be positioned in KG-DWN 98/2 field, approximately 22 Km off the east coast of Kakinada, India. The primary operational period is nine years and may further be extended up to seven years on an annual basis at the discretion of ONGC.
Upon completion, FPSO Armada Sterling V shall be deployed at KG-DWN 98/2 field for ONGC i.e., Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited.
Shapoorji Pallonji Armada Clean Energy Ventures Private Limited (“SPACEVPL”) is a Joint Venture of Shapoorji Pallonji Oil and Gas Private Limited (India) and Bumi Armada Berhad (Malaysia). SPACEVPL, an SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) created to execute & operate the FSRU project awarded by Mumbai Port Trust (‘MbPT’) in Mumbai, India.
