Mr. V. Sethuraman, Chief Financial Officer - Oil & Gas, is an alumni from the Institute Of Chartered & Cost Accountants Of India ( All India Rank Holder ). Prior to Joining SP Group in 2016 he has worked in senior positions with Essar Group and The Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd.

He is a proven business leader with around two decades of experience and has worked in multiple locations in India and abroad. Over the years he has developed expertise in the field of Finance specific to Oil & Gas , Shipping and Energy Sectors.

Sethu has a strong track record in all the core aspects of business including Strategic Planning and M&A. His long association with prominent groups in the field of Oil & Gas has helped him to develop a deep rooted knowledge & understanding of global upstream & downstream markets and the various allied services associated with it.

He has carried out investment analysis of various Shallow Water, Mid Water, Deepwater and Ultra Deepwater projects and has delivered innovative business solutions in the offshore & onshore oil and gas and shipping industries.

Ankit Garg heads SP Energy’s Project Execution stack and carries the overall responsibility for delivering all SP Energy Lease and EPCIC Projects worldwide.

Mr. Garg is a founder member of the SP Energy organization and has played a seminal role in charting SP Energy’s evolutionary journey. He is also an experienced commercial leader with a strong global track-record in International Oil & Gas Business Development, Negotiations, Procurement, Contracts Management and Dispute Resolution and sits on the boards of two SP Group and SP Energy investee companies engaged in new energy businesses.

He has over two decades of experience. Prior to joining Shapoorji Pallonji group he was a Management Consultant with the Boston Consulting Group in their Paris, France bureau. Mr. Garg is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School and the Indian School of Business. He also holds an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT - Bombay.

Mr. Kavindra Pant heads the HR at Shapoorji Pallonji Energy. He has 25 years of versatile experience in the field of Human Resources with a special focus on organizational architecture, change management, leadership development and creating a strong employer brand.

Kavindra has worked in senior roles across various sectors such as Logistics, Insurance, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas and Energy industries which has not only enriched him but has also helped him to gain valuable insights into the various aspects of these businesses & the nuances of HR’s role in them. During this diverse work experience, he has thrived on challenges and applied significant people, business and change leadership skills in cross functional areas.

Mr. Pant has worked in organizations of repute viz Mahanagar Gas Limited, HDFC Ergo General Insurance Co. Ltd., TNT India Pvt. Ltd amongst others. He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Nagpur University.

Mr. Rajesh Sharma, Additional General Manager Procurement – Supply Chain has been in the Procurement and Supply Chain Management function for over 20 years. He has a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering and a Post Graduate in Materials Management. He has also completed his Executive Management Program from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research.

He is a proven leader with expertise in global sourcing, strategic negotiations, cost control, contract management and dispute resolution to steer mega oil & gas projects. He successfully led the Supply Chain team for three FPSO projects (Armada Sterling I, Armada Sterling II and Karapan Armada Sterling III) executed by Shapoorji Pallonji Group.

Prior to joining Shapoorji Pallonji Group, he has worked with leading Multinationals like WorleyParsons, OneSubsea, Leighton Offshore, Malaysia Shipyard & Engineering and Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co in leadership roles and has a wide exposure in the Upstream Oil & Gas Business.

Mr. Lahiri brings in over three decades of experience in varied lead roles with vast experience in Oil & Gas Offshore Engineering Management. He played a vital role in setting up the Engineering team from ground zero on multiple occasions, instrumental in evolving the team to targeted maturity and capacity.

Mr. Lahiri has successfully led four major FPSO Projects as the Project Engineering Manager, covering the entire life cycle of the Projects. His experience includes FPSOs with New Built and Hull Conversion, FLNG, FSRU, Fixed Platforms, MOPU etc. His experience also includes projects in North Sea, Africa and Asia.

Mr. Lahiri has worked with organizations of repute like Bumi Armada, Samsung Heavy Industries (SHI), and Saipem etc. He holds an engineering degree in Civil Engineering from University of Calcutta, a (PMP)®and DBF (CFA -ICFAI).

Dr. Sanjog Sawool, Head of Information Technology: possess more than 24 years of experience in managing the entire gamut of activities in the field of Information Technology including but not limiting to , Network design, IT Security, ERP & Non ERP implementations, implementations.

Dr. Sanjog Sawool holds Doctorate in Management Studies in addition to his B.E. in Computer Science and MBA in I.T., He also holds Certifications in Cyber Law, Finance for Tech Lead, Big Data Scientist council of America, Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Management. He has worked in diversified sectors including Manufacturing, Retail, Supply Chain, Logistics, Pharma R & D, etc. He has rich experience in developing and implementing IT strategies and advance practices for driving world class IT Operations across varied businesses for achieving sustainable business growth.

Prior to joining Shapoorji Pallonji Group, he has worked with leading organizations like Staples, Essar Steel, Time Technoplast., Reliance Retail, Hiranandani Group, TransAsia Bio-Medicals Ltd., etc.
